I wounder if Queen Victoria is also a sister of Westerdam,Arcadia,Oosterdam etc? Because first signature class ship was Eurodam and QV was finish before that time or im wrong?

Galaxy - The Westerdam is a Vista Class ship and to the best of my knowledge its sisters are Zuiderdam, Oosterdam and Noordam. You are right that Eurodam is a Signature Class ship - there was to be a fifth Vista ship but Carnival Corporation that owns Holland America transferred the hull to P&O Cruises and it became MS Arcadia. There is an 'Enlarged' Vista Class which is the Queen Victoria (2004) and the Queen Elizabeth (2010) which are longer have one added deck and much redesign on the inside over the Vista Class.

Thank you for the answer NJVIC  So QE will be a * bigger * vista class as QV not Signature class as Eurodam and NA,or im wrong? Tuesday 3.8 was Ocean Princess on her maiden call to Olden..  And wednesday was Mein Schiff on her last visit for a while,next year it will be Mein Schiff 2 who coming...  Today Costa Magica was in Geiranger...  |

Amazing close up shots Galaxy! They are fantastic! Yes - you are correct - the QE is based on the QV "Enlarged" Vista Class style not the Signature class.  Have a great weekend! |
